This page explains how the included website backend handles enquiry details and uploaded drawings.
When the Node.js backend is enabled, RFQ submissions may include your name, company, phone, email, technical requirement, and an uploaded drawing. This information is stored in the website's private data and upload directories for business follow-up.
Uploaded drawings are stored outside the public website path when the included Node.js backend is used and are not served as normal public website assets.
Basic website interaction events such as phone, WhatsApp and map clicks may be recorded by the included first-party event log when the backend is enabled. The default implementation stores a shortened one-way hash derived from the request IP rather than the raw IP in the analytics log.
Before public launch, the business should review this notice and adapt it to its actual hosting provider, retention policy and applicable legal requirements.
